Are import duties & local sales taxes included in the final price?
Once your order arrives, you are required to pay all applicable import duties, local sales taxes or VAT and other fees as determined by the respective customs office.
For EU countries, VAT is not included.
For non- EU countries, import duties and local sales taxes or VAT are not included.
For China, import duties and VAT are included.
Which payment methods do you accept?
For USD platform, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, American Express, UnionPay and Alipay.
For RMB platform, we accept UnionPay and Alipay.
How can Mr & Mrs Italy online store protect my credit card payment?

How do deliver the order?
We provide free standard shipping for any order purchased and will provide airwaybill after we have sent.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?
Sorry, we can not redirect order to different address after the order has been shipped.
Please make sure to provide the address where you are able to receive our parcel at the time of delivery.

Exchange and return
How can I exchange my order that I have received
If you need exchange or return after you have received our product, please contact us at e-commerce@mmi.it within 14 days from the date of product received. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all original labels attached and any accessories included, in perfect condition. They must not therefore have been worn, washed or damaged.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products to Mr & Mrs Italy for exchange or return, and Mr & Mrs Italy will cover the shipping costs to return exchanged product to you. Please ensure to send the product in a secure box by a carrier who can provide tracking number and a proof of delivery. You are responsible for any damage or loss of your product until we sign its delivery.
