For RMB platform, we accept UnionPay and Alipay.

Exchange and return
9. How can I exchange my order that I have received?
If you need exchange or return after you have received our product, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of product received. If more than 7 days, we may reject to accept any exchange or return, and size exchange offer one time only. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all original labels attached and any accessories included, in perfect condition. We would not accept garment for exchange and return that it has been worn, washed or damaged.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products to Mr & Mrs Italy for exchange or return, and Mr & Mrs Italy will cover the shipping costs to return exchanged product to you. Please ensure to send the product in a secure box by a carrier who can provide tracking number and a proof of delivery. You are responsible for any damage or loss of your product until we sign its delivery.
