반품 정책 무슨 이유로든 고객이 주문에 만족하지 않을 경우, 상품 납품일로부터 28 일 이내에 반품하여 사이즈를 교환하거나, 매장에 금액을 적립하거나 환불을 요구할 수 있습니다. 반품 지침
해당 법률에 따라 구매 및 특수 제품의 판매 철회, 취소, 교환이나 반품은 예를 들어, 클라이언트의 이니셜을 가진 사람들이 제품에 자수, 등 맞춤형 제품의 주문에 대해 허용되지 않습니다, 주문했다. 클라이언트는 조각의 이미지, 사진, 샘플은 실제 제품의 모양과 다를 수 있습니다 것이 좋습니다.
반품 승인 번호를 요구하려면 returns@mmi.it 로 이메일을 보내십시오. 주문 번호(#######), 반품할 물품 코드를 기입하고 반품이 사이즈 교환인지, 매장에 금액을 적립할 것인지 또는 환불을 요구하는지 여부를 명시하십시오.
MR & MRS ITALY가 발송한 이메일에 명시된 택배를 통해 반품하시기 바랍니다. 항공 운송장과 박스 외부에 반품 승인 번호를 기입하시고, 수신된 이메일의 지침에 따라 항공 운송장을 작성하십시오. (택배 기사가 물품 수거 시에 작성할 항공 운송장을 제공합니다).
반품 배송은 무료입니다.
고객은 아래의 세 가지 보상 옵션 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다.
사이즈 교환 동일 품목의 다른 사이즈나 다른 색상이 있는 경우에만 사이즈 교환이 가능합니다. 현재는 다른 품목으로의 교환이 불가능합니다. 무료 반품 정책은 한번의 교환에만 적용됩니다.
매장 적립금
반품 후 3개월 이내에 주문하기 위해 한번만 사용할 수 있습니다.
다른 매장 적립금과 누적되지 않습니다.
매장 적립금 이상의 주문을 통해서 완전히 사용해야 합니다.
환불 반품된 물품을 확인하여 접수되면 즉시 환불 처리가 됩니다. 신용 카드로 결제한 주문의 경우 환불액은 약 10 이후에 다음 청구서에 기재되도록 고객에게 지급됩니다. 처리 시간은 신용 카드 회사에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. Paypal이나 은행 이체로 결제한 주문은 원래 계정으로 환불됩니다.
환불은 원래 구매 시에 이용했던 통화로 지급됩니다. 환불 금액에 차이가 있다면 환율 변동에 의한 것이며 보상하지 않습니다.
반품은 주문 납품일로부터 28일 이내에 발송해야 합니다.
반품 조건
보안 태그가 손상 없이 반품되는 물품에 부착되어 있어야 합니다. 어떤 식으로든 물품이 마모되었거나 세척하였거나 변경해서는 안되며 사용 흔적이 없어야 합니다. 신발의 바닥이 완전한 상태여야 하고 어떠한 표시도 없어야 합니다.
물품을 반품할 때에는 주문을 통해 받았던 모든 원래의 태그, 포장 및 기타 부속품(먼지 주머니, 옷걸이, 옷 커버 등)을 같이 반품해야 합니다.
신발과 기타 액세서리는 원래 박스와 함께 반품해야 하며 손상, 변경이 없어야 하고 배송을 위해 외부 포장으로 사용해서도 안 됩니다.
반품은 MR & MRS ITALY 박스에 포장해야 합니다.
결함이 있거나 잘못된 상품의 경우 고객은 위 지침을 따라야 합니다. 배송 및 수입 비용 전체를 배상하고 반품하는 것을 승인하기 전에 MRMRSITALY.IT는 결함이 있는 또는 잘못된 상품에 관한 사진 증거를 요구할 권한이 있습니다.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 28 days of the merchandise's delivery date.
In accordance with applicable laws the purchase and sale of special goods made to order, withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products such as, for example, those with the client’s initials embroidered on the product. The client is advised that images, photographs and samples of the engraving may differ from the appearance of the actual product.
Return Instructions
E-mail returns@mmi.it to request a Return Authorization Number. Please include the Order Number (#######), the Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is for a size exchange, store credit or a refund.
Please send the return with the courier indicated in the email sent by MR & MRS ITALY. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the RAN E-mail. (The Courier will provide the AirWay Bill to complete upon pick-up).
Return shipments are FREE.
Clients can choose between three compensation options:
Size exchange Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different colour of the same Item Code is available. Exchanges for a different Item code are currently unavailable. Free Return policy is limited to one exchange.
Store Credit
can be used one time only on a future order within three months of the return;
is not cumulative with other store credits;
must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.
Refund Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.)received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Returns must be packaged in the MR & MRS ITALY box.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. MRMRSITALY.IT reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client.
Pick-ups for all authorized returns with MRMRSITALY.IT's courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
MRMRSITALY.IT reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions email. (For example, returns sent with a different courier than specified.) In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, MRMRSITALY.IT will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
