Returns
Returns are always free within 28 days from the reception of the order.

Our customer service team will provide the necessary return paperwork within 24/48 hours.
Shipment Date
Orders are shipped from MMI.IT in Italy - Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
MMI.IT ships worldwide using DHL & UPS EXPRESS delivery.

We remind first-time Clients that MMI.IT can request the Bank or Paypal to double-check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
AVAILABLE ITEMS: IMMEDIATE DISPATCH Orders with items that are already available will be shipped on the first business day following order completion. During sales or special promotions, shipping times may be longer. MMI.IT reserves the right to delay dispatch in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
PREORDERED ITEMS: SHIPMENT DISPATCHED UPON RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. Your credit card will be charged on the day that you place the order, despite the postponed ship date.
Shipment Insurance
MMI.IT shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
Successful Shipment Delivery
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact MMI.IT at support@mmi.it
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the MMI.IT commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 28 days of the merchandise's delivery date.
In accordance with the applicable laws for the purchase and sale of special goods made to order, withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted in all the below cases:
orders placed under the ‘Design your Parka’ section;
in general, all the customized products with the addition of special embroideries, like lettering and/or patches;
articles produced upon customers’ specific request, included pre-orders;

Please log in to your account, select the order you want to return, then click on request return in the top right of the menu. Fill in all the requested data specifying if the return is for a size exchange, store credit or a partial refund, once you have completed, please submit your request.
Please send the return with the courier indicated in the email sent by MR & MRS ITALY. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the E-mail received. (The Courier will provide the AirWay Bill to complete upon pick-up).

Refund Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Returns must be packaged in the MR & MRS ITALY box.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. MRMRSITALY.IT reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client.
Pick-ups for all authorized returns with MRMRSITALY.IT's courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
