Exchange and Return

If you need exchange or return after you have received our product, please contact us at e-commerce@mmi.it within 14 days from the date of product received.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all original labels attached and any accessories included, in perfect condition. We would not accept garment for exchange and return that it has been worn, washed or damaged. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products to Mr & Mrs Italy for exchange or return, and Mr & Mrs Italy will cover the shipping costs to return exchanged product to you. Please ensure to send the product in a secure box by a carrier who can provide tracking number and a proof of delivery. You are responsible for any damage or loss of your product until we sign its delivery.
